“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17).

Soldier of Christ! Before we proceed into our focus for today, I like to share what the Spirit is saying concerning the month of November with you: IT SHALL BE A MONTH OF RECOVERY! The blessings that have been lost and those that were diverted since the beginning of the year, shall all be recovered this month (see 1Sam. 30:8). Glory to God!

As we consider the meaning of faith today, I have combined scriptural truths and my personal insights in putting forth a few definitions:

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Heb. 11:1).
It is the spiritual asset that engenders the dominion of the saints (Matt. 17:20). Faith is any act of man that moves the hand of the Almighty in his favour (Luke 1:37). Faith is believing in God’s omnipotence without tangible proofs (Luke 1:45).
Faith is taking the Word of God as the final say; the conclusion of every matter. Faith is absolute, unreserved trust in God. Faith is spiritual, and it is an act of man to God in order to see the mighty hand of God. Faith begins from the heart. Faith is not tomorrow; faith is now! (Heb. 11:1). However, we must recognize that every one of us has a measure of faith (Rom. 12:3). Nevertheless, in order to activate faith, there are vital secrets to employ. How then do I move my FAITH to work?  To be continued.

PRAYER: Father, in the name of Jesus, endue me with greater grace so as to put my faith to work (James 2:26).
