“Please sir I need food…”

“Please sir I need water…”

“Please sir I need cloth…”

“Please sir I need a place to stay…”

These four folks come knocking at my door,

Just very early in the morning,

Though two in the afternoon,

And one in the evening,

I gave them all they asked for,

Not knowing who they were,

But one of my friend said he experienced one,

Which came to his house saying,

He was hungry and my friend said,

“Be filled!”

So master what can you say about this?

When I was hungry you gave me food to eat,

When I was thirsty you gave me to drink,

When I was naked you cloth me,

I was shocked at his reply,

Then I said “when did you come and I didn’t know?”

“Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren,

Ye have done it unto me”
This he said as I rejoiced to go to the Father’s right hand,

So I remember He humbled himself,

Being found in fashion as a man,

How one can host the Lord unawares.
