Many a time, we know God’s promises. We can quote them like we quote our books. But, much more we must be able to translate God’s promises into reality by placing our hearts on it and then taking a stand on God’s word.

Faith, the scriptures says comes by hearing. Faith does not end in hearing it must end in doing.. For it is not the hearing of the law that makes you justified but the doing of the law. Understanding that God’s word itself is a law. Law that must be obeyed and not just by knowing it.

Abraham did not just understand faith. He lived faith to the point of making one of the ingredients of faith work alongside with faith. Which is when there was nothing to hope for, he hope against hope. To bring faith to work, you need hope. Hope is the wire to doing faith. So in believing in hope,  you activate DOING faith. What you need now is to hold on to those promises no matter you see…
