“The strength of the believers is seen in ceaseless prayers”
Consistency is very key in the place of prayers. God does not hate importunate prayers as some may think, except is not producing faith. You’ll wonder when Paul repeated almost the same line of prayer while he begin with “do not cease to pray for you…” this indicate something, which Pastor Adisa put this way that “these are ceaseless prayers”
Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not CEASE to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
Ephesians 1:16 CEASE NOT to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Our spirit must keep yearning for this prayers. When you look at the lines of this prayers they look the same. To be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom… God’s intention is to bring us into ALL that He is. That the Father may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. The knowledge we desire must tend towards God. What the wicked one will fight in you is not just any kind of knowledge but he is not okay when you press towards the knowledge of God’s will and to be filled with it. These are ingredients into becoming like the Son. These are ceaseless prayers that demand your daily focus while in this body. Pray it!
