A woman’s prayer for her husband is very essential. When you learn to pray for your husband he will love you more. You may not necessarily tell him, though there are times he needs to hear that word “sweetheart am praying for you” that will get his heart more than anything in this world. You must realize as a wife that your husband needs your prayers always. The Bible says to pray continually…
Colossians 4:2 CONTINUE IN PRAYER, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
When you learn to pray continually for your husband it will help him to love the Lord more and also it will make him to be successful in his career or business. Wives need to understand that their prayers for their husbands is the most effective thing for their husbands. Others may pray for him but he still needs your prayers. You can start by praying for him for at least ten minutes everyday and before long you will get better in praying for him.
I realize something that what you pray for you don’t fight it or criticize it, the reason you even pray for that thing is to see it become better, likewise is your husband.
So you need to develop yourself on how to pray for him continually. Often men don’t reveal all that is happening to them not because they want to hide it but maybe they don’t want to bother their wives and this is not always good, but you can become sensitive to help him enough to pray.
Be free to ask him “on what area do you need my prayers or you want us to pray about?”
When you get the answer ensure you hold his hands and pray for him. You can even pray those things for him in your secret place.
Understanding that praying for your husband brings a divine bonding together so much that it will increase your love one for another.
Don’t give up on your marriage, when it seems he’s not changing or things are not getting better with him, he needs you more closer than before. You can make your prayers like that widow who kept praying till she got an answer…
Luke 18:3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
18:4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
18:5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest BY HER CONTINUAL COMING she weary me.
Don’t be tired of praying for him, keeping going to God in prayers. You can also pray for him to get better in the Lord and to love the Lord more.
Understanding that when he loves the Lord more he will surely love you more.
