“The power made available in the place of prayer is greater than the man that prayed”

Prayer becomes a thing of great desire as we yield ourselves to God. Even when our countenance is not very fine, it can be altered in the place of prayers. Which may not necessarily be because the Lord answered your prayers but because of the fellowship in place at that moment. When we learn to build up ourselves most especially in prayer and in tongues, our lives will never remain the same.

We see our Lord Jesus, when He was praying, it was said of Him that as He prayed His countenance was altered.

Luke  9:29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.

And as He was praying, the appearance of His countenance became altered (different), and His raiment became dazzling white [flashing with the brilliance of lightning]. (AMP)

Jesus countenance changed while He was praying, He became very different. This shows when we engaged in prayers our countenance will be changed. Joy will become an exchange for sadness of broken spirit in the place of prayers. Your spirit becomes charged in the presence of God. This scripture comes to mind

Numbers  6:26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

You see, in prayer, as you pray the Lord will lift His countenance upon you and then you will have peace. Do you have a broken spirit or you’re not happy deep within? Why not take to prayer as the Lord will change your countenance for good and grant you peace.
