“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17).

Soldier of Christ! The mystery of faith is one of the greatest mysteries of the kingdom. Mysteries are divine secrets embedded in Scriptures. It is access to mysteries that bestows mastery on the believer. Faith is said to be the currency of the spirit realm. Christianity as a whole is also referred to as the Faith:

“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in THE FAITH; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?” (2Cor. 13:5).

This mystery is so powerful that anything done outside it is considered sin, “…for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.” (Rom. 14:23). A life without faith is a life unpleasing to God.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him…” (Heb. 11:6).

Similarly, a faith-less life has no future with God,

“…for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Heb. 11:6).

However, we must recognize that faith is in levels, and the level of faith in which the believer operates in is what determines the height of exploit he commands,

“…for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” (Matt. 17:20).

Hence, there is the “mustard seed” level of faith. To be continued.

PRAYER: Father, in the name of Jesus, help my unbelief (Mark 9:24).

Remember, there’s always Hope!
